SAXOPHONE
\nThe work requires an alto, tenor, and baritone saxophone. Each instrument is used for three of the nine movements. While there are no instrument changes within each movement, the transition between one instrument and the other should be as short and quiet as possible to avoid long pauses between movement, some of which are rather short.<\/p>\n
The instruments are used as follows:
